WEDO, in collaboration with the REDD+ SES Initiative, is happy to announce the upcoming launch and presentation of our publication on ‘Getting gender right in the REDD+ Social and Environmental Standards’. The publication highlights the action research we carried out over the last year in 4 countries using REDD+ SES: State of Acre (Brazil), Ecuador, Nepal and Tanzania.

We will officially present the publication during the upcoming UNFCCC Negotiations in Bonn at a launch event on Friday, June 7th at 6 pm, in the Gustav Stresemman Institute, near the Maritim. It would be an honor to have you join us for the launch and celebratory networking reception.

We hope to have a diverse and exciting group of people at the event so we can engage in a discussion that draws on the country experiences as well as the lessons that we learned during the action research this past year. We look forward to sharing the results achieved and exploring how they can be applied in the future.

We hope you can join us!
