Gender-responsive implementation of climate change plans at the national level – and particularly for the least developed countries – will be increasingly critical in the fight against climate change. WEDO has been working with governments such as Ghana, Senegal, Nepal, Haiti, and Trinidad to build gender-responsive climate policies and plans.
