New York, April 7 — WEDO has signed on to a letter urging President Obama and the United States to continue to work within the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) as the venue for international negotiations. The letter also urges the Administration to continue the two-track process – the Kyoto Protocol and Long-term Cooperative Action – as negotiators head to Bonn for a negotiation session April 7-9.
