New York, March 25—U.S. Climate Change Coordinator, Rachel Harris, will take part in a round table tomorrow on Women and Immigration within the context of the World Conference Against Racism Review, Durban II, to be held by the United Nations in April 2009, Geneva, Switzerland.

The Round Table, hosted by the Shabazz Center as part of its monthly Human Rights Round Table, will address the issues of gender-based inequities and discrimination at the workplace, the household, the political stage and in healthcare services.
The discussion, which will take place at 6:30 pm, will be aired by Manhattan Neighborhood Network. For more information about the conference, click here.
