The Women’s Major Group created a list of priorities for action at the Commission on Sustainable Development from February 28 to March 4, 2005.
These priorities cover women’s participation and empowerment at all stages of management of water, sanitation and human settlements; access to water, land and human rights; financing of women organizations and initiatives; the role of the private sector in capacity building; and integrated water resources management plans.
